Vehicle Titling

You should receive the title to your new vehicle within a few weeks of the state notarizing the title transfer. At HoneyCar, we process all title paperwork in a timely manner after the sale to best ensure you receive your title as soon as possible. If there are any delays, reach out to our team via email or call the state title department.
Once your vehicle is paid off, the lender will send your title to the state to be notarized and transferred to your name. Within a few weeks of this happening, you should receive the title to your vehicle.
If you received temporary tags at the time of sale, you can expect to have permanent tags within a few weeks of purchase. If you are from out of state, you will have to register your vehicle with your state in order to receive permanent tags.

Vehicle Warranty Support

Yes, depending on the vehicle you purchased. If you purchased one of our exclusive HoneyCar Certified vehicles, you are covered by a limited 3-month/3,000-mile powertrain warranty. In addition to this limited warranty, each HoneyCar Certified vehicle comes with a host of benefits, including:

Any vehicle that is not HoneyCar Certified is sold “as-is” meaning you accept full responsibility for the vehicle in the condition it’s in and will NOT be backed by a warranty. Vehicle Finance information

Your old vehicle should be paid off within 7 to 10 business days of the sale.

Your first payment is typically due within 30 to 60 days of the initial purchase. For more information on when your first payment is due or how to submit payment, send us an email today!
