First, select vehicles are certified with a 3 month / 3,000 mile limited warranty. Second, Tire Protection includes nitrogen for your tires and covers the loss of air pressure or damage to a tire from a nail or other road hazards. Third, Key Replacement covers the loss or damage of a key in the first year of ownership. Fourth, Paint Protection is a protective coating that guarantees twelve months of the exterior appearance.

I bought a ram limited last October and had an excellent experience while working with Terry, he is great. The experience has been down hill since then, I paid over 3k for an extended warranty that I still haven’t received any info on. I have reached out to the warranty company and they have never heard of me or my truck. I’ve called a few times and spoke to Sawyer, very frustrating.
